Helper functions

• removed printFromFlash() (It will return 🦇)
• added fillRect() and drawRect()
• added some graphics tests to 'testgame'
• added drawTextureWithPalette
• added constant TRANSPARENT for use in texure palettes

Please do a code review, I'll optimize the games with these functions later.
