optimize games for lack of framebuffer #32

redrawing the entire screen every time is inefficient. Only redraw where needed.

[ ] Snake (should be fairly easy)
[ ] Pong (also easy)
[ ] Cookie Runner (a bit harder, though still managable)
[ ] menu and settings (trivial)

this will help with flickering and performance issues, especially in Cookie Runner, I expect.
