Scoreboard disappears after a few seconds

Whenever I load up my server, the scoreboard shows up for a few seconds and then vanishes. I tried /sb on and /sb toggle then it shows for a second then vanishes again.

Not sure why this is happening

I changed the scoreboard and it worked for a bit
