[BUG] RGB Colorcodes #51

Describe the bug Hello. I just found a missing feature on Plugin. RGB ColorCodes was added in 1.16 update but this plugin not support them. RGB Codes is a Custom Color Code and you can easly add Color to your Texts. For Example: &#FF00FFHello! & is a bukkit symbol...

FF00FF is a Color Code

and there is a Text "Hello!" Please add RGB Codes to the plugin.

To Reproduce Just Put in settings.yml

Spigot version: 1.16.x - 1.18.x
