Add ability to change preference files at runtime #90

It'd be nice to be able to set the preference files to upload at rumtime, 
similar to how we can change the error reporting HTTP Post location.  I have 
some preference files in named in a config resource file incase I decided to 
change the file name.  I'm unable to load this name from my resources in the 
annotation though.
