Andrew and Tino's Enemy scripts do not play well with one another. #112

Enemy.cs and EnemyController, EntityState, and others do not properly reference one another.

[ ] Tutorial Enemy dies in one hit [ ] Tutorial Enemy takes damage when it collides with the player's trigger, it should take damage from the player's attackHitBox.
