update/RM-1088-Make MeshIM work with code split. #50

Several dependency updates
Removal of minify disabled being false along with
Used Ben's layout for using the plugin requires data be added to the settings.gradle file also changed the javaMaxHeapSize "4g"
removed the application key which is now stored in the global properties folder

Something to likely be done here is specify the parameters to be specified in the properties folder such as the username, password, and app key

Ben and I had a chat about that on his MR. If everyone uses the same credentials doing these updates, we can update the plugin defaults to use them as well, then update our getting started documentation to use them as well and instruct people to copy/past into their gradle.properties.
