New flow pages #45

Lots of UI and styling changes. Added page for Flow Direction for option A or B UI changes based on Pedro's designs for RaiseQuestion page, QuestionDrafting page, and MainPage Accessibility strings added on Mainpage for Images and icons. Home button swapped from text to icon.
