Support Swift 4.2 #60

This PR makes Anchorage compatible with the iOS/tvOS SDK changes in Swift 4.2.

I'm not too experienced with testing, so unfortunately I don't think I can be of much help in that regard. From what I can tell though, no CI service supports Xcode 10 yet, so 4.2 tests will probably have to wait till September.

We should probably just merge it, and retroactively add Swift 4.2 to the test suite once it's supported on CircleCI. Waiting for @jvisenti for final approval.
