Not good to merge

Demo/Tests aren't good so do not merge this. Pretty large refactor of CellSizeManager. Lots of simplification.

Adding object based cacheing which is awesome for lists that have reordering.
Removing Height blocks.
Removing Un-used methods.
Organizing configurations by Reuse Identifier then by Object class. No more cache based off cell class.
Code Styling.

I am looking for just direction comments/ enhancements instead of code/style comments. If anyone has any That would be greatly appreciated.

@KingOfBrian @jvisenti I would appreciate your thoughts about this as I have talked to both of you about this relatively recently.
