Cell Reuse #1

Please add the ability to dequeue cells based on cell ID. Looks like the groundwork is there in that cells have reuse IDs. We may need to use this in a highly virtualized data scenario (hundreds of items with graphically heavy cells)

Should also enable cell creation via interface builder.

Which sub project is this issue for? At first I thought RZGridView but then I thought maybe RZCoverView. Could you add tags to indicate which sub project? Thanks.

Sorry. RZGridView. Considering using it on RueLaLa next gen iPad prototype, but it doesn't yet have a few things we'd need.
