Adding fixes for warnings and necissary imports #114

@Raizlabs/maintainers-ios @nbonatsakis this expands a bit more on your Pull request #112 that removes warnings for iOS8 as well as adds imports for all the files as we move away from PCH

@Raizlabs/maintainers-ios Just another poke on this. If anyone has time, this fixes some of the warnings that are in RZUtils as well as a bug that @fixit-raiz found in RZCollectionTableView.

Looks ok to me, assuming someone has tested the new transition stuff.
