JL Request image size in cache #23

@ndonald2 When you get a chance, this is the image resizing we talked about for RZImageCache, let me know if there's anything you think should be changed/added

@joshleibsly Looks pretty good, a few minor things to fix. Might be nice to find a way to cache the resized versions to disk eventually. But the image cache is due for an overhaul soon anyway.

@ndonald2 Should be good to go. I may add the caching to disk during this project because they'll be accessed all the time, but we may also just ship with small assets too.
