Adds a check to ignore windows that are currently being dismissed from status bar color forwarding
Nil checks alert description when calculating height of alerts
Fixed sample app crash due to UIAlertView usage
Conditional SDK check to eliminate return type warning
Updated readme to illustrate simpler quick setup steps
