Adds:

A NetworkLog that can be bumped up to .verbose to have all network traffic logged to console.
NetworkLoggable automatic conformance per APIEndpoint allowing you log traffic on a per-endpoint basis, if needed, by bumping down an endpoint logLevel to match the NetworkLog
