review minimum order #19

currently minimum order for subscriptions and refemptions is 100 finney which at the time of writing is around 100 usd if price increases it could become an issue we should consider decreasing the minimum order

OR we could implement a function to allow rigoblock to change minimum order however, this will increase the size of the fund (we do not really have much room for extra functions) for a function which could be probably used only three times during the life of a fund

for now we have set the minimum to 1 finney, equal to approx 80 cents of a dollar

closing, pointless to be able to manually change the minimum order, the goal is to prevent dust from small transactions
