buyVault and sellVaut trigger event log #32

not an issue, just a duplication of events, buyVault and sellVault trigger an event in the vault, and also in the eventful

this has been already taken away in the dragos

leaving it in both for now, they are useless but will be keep both vaults and dragos as much similar as possible

took them away from both, completely useless, eventful collects all event logs. Closing unless we find a good reason to keep them in the pool contracts
