artifacts not updated as expected #750

artifacts are saved into the respective contract ./ folder, while we expect them to be saved in contracts/artifacts:

contracts/artifacts not correctly updated
artifacts saved for each contract in a directory, might cause problems as bytecodes and interfacts will be different for interfaces with same name used in contracts which require a different (or higher) solc version than allowed by the original interface
