Removes use of constructor in uniswap v3 adapters, for easier etherscan source code verification on testnets.
Defines uniswap router and liquidity manager addresses globally, as they are the same on all chains.
Fixes a minor import issue with @0x/sol-compiler.
Uploads updated artifacts.
