Skeletal Animation for vehicles #279

Would it be possible to add Skeletal Animation (the Animations from the .odef-file) to Add_animation ? It would give modders the possibility for creating more complex animations for vehicles.

@AnotherFoxGuy : Yes it's possible and it would be very useful.

To be done after 0.4.5 release.
