Currently we have only one "spot" for Turn animation so it does work/play animation correctly it only works when turning on right side if I remember correctly, I know its low priority but it would be nice to have two animations for Turn animation one for left and one for right side

I took the liberty to split this PR into 2:

• The original animation updates and timing adjustments remain here
• The additional animations are in https://github.com/RigsOfRods/rigs-of-rods/compare/master...only-a-ptr:rigs-of-rods:vido-rorbot-anims (no PR yet) for further processing.

Yes, we only have a single "Turn" animation which only looks correctly when turning left. Adding a separate right-turn animation is just a matter of:

• in Blender, rename the existing "Turn" anim to "TurnLeft" and create new "TurnRight".
• in code, put TurnRight here https://github.com/RigsOfRods/rigs-of-rods/blob/master/source/main/gameplay/Character.cpp#L263 and remove the minus sign from the dt.
• in code, put TurnLeft here https://github.com/RigsOfRods/rigs-of-rods/blob/master/source/main/gameplay/Character.cpp#L275
