Shock tuning script

New features:

• ImGui::PlotLines() function bound to AngelScript.
• Functions getShockCount(), getShockSpringRate(), getShockDamping() and getShockVelocity() added to BeamClass in the scripting API.
• Created simple script which draws 3 graphs for each shock.

It's not super useful at the moment (graph scale is dynamic & not visible etc...) but it's a start. Also, you must run the script manually, see instructions in the https://github.com/RigsOfRods/rigs-of-rods/pull/2840. Also documentation is to be addded.

Purpose: To be able to monitor shock forces in slow motion mode. Requested from Discord.

Estimate: 1 man day. The improved imgui-AngelScript bindings got merged elsewhere already.

Work to be done: Just script work. Each shock needs more detailed display.
