Load nhelens then back to menu and load simple terrain -> We can see nhelens mountains:

We probably forget to clear something on terrain unload.

Tried on current master, both Dx9 and GL renderers, Caelum off and on, Debug/Release builds. Couldn't reproduce.

System: Win10, Visual studio 2022, CPU ryzen 5600, GPU nVidia GTX 660
