Migration to new VPS requires updated DNS settings, !dns now shows new DNS.

Pulled and restarted. I noticed you mentioned a botch nwc24msg.cfg; let me know what you find of that. The Kaitais in RiiConnect24/Kaitai-Files may be of use.
