Dreamcast support #36

I want to add support for Dreamcast games on RiiTag. Dreamcast Now shows what people are currently playing online, and I think that can be implemented to send game updates onto RiiTag. Just sent an email to pcwzrd13 which seems to do a ton on the Dreamcast community.

pcwzrd13 didn't respond but I found the API which shows the games which are supported by Dreamcast Online.

We aren't doing this atm, some people disagree with the idea.
