TV Show and Movie support #39

I was thinking maybe I could expand on RiiTag using the RPC known as https://premid.app/ to grab names of TV shows and movies. We'd connect it to TheTVDB along with TheMovieDB to grab posters, but I'm not sure what others think of expanding RiiTag beyond games. However, RiiTag's expanded to use many Discord RPC endpoints in which you can connect the Discord and RPC and then RiiTag Discord Bot reads your presence if you're on one of the mutual Discords it's in. It's simple to use so I believe that it's no problem to add that kind of thing.

We aren't doing this atm, some people disagree with the idea.
