Add an option to minimize to the system tray #23

i don't know if this is already a thing but it would be nice not to have a terminal open 24/7 for rpc

Hi! I like the idea, but unfortunately I don't think this is possible to implement in the program's current state. It would likely have to be rewritten with a GUI library which allows proper window control. Since riitag-rpc is currently a terminal program, hiding the terminal at the start is not an option, and I do not think it is possible to completely hide the terminal halfway through (let alone support all OS terminals!). Feel free to correct me though!

Since a full rewrite is not something that is currently planned, I'm going to close this issue.
