This PR allows for support for Wii VC Injects on the Wii U for UTag.
The ID list was automatically generated from the latest wiitdb.txt file from GameTDB, with some mods removed due to conflicts in the 16 digit TID. These mods, if run, would instead show the cover of the base game (I.E. Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii would show the cover for New Super Mario Bros. Wii.) There isn't a way to avoid this without changing what UTag sends, and that may not be possible from a technical stand point.
The wiiVC.json file used for ID conversion was generated by taking the ID4 of each title, converting it to hex, and appending 00050002 which seems to be constant between injects, and then paring the new TID-16 with the full ID4-6.
