[BUG] Scrolling Issue With Modals on About Page #1

When opening a modal on any 'learn more' button besides the first, the scrollbar disables but the opened modal is not centered in the middle of the screen - it is instead displayed at the top of the page. I suspect this can be fixed by changing the modal's position.

Fixed. Updated the positioning of .container class of the Modal component
