Move API links to .env file #3

Currently, the RiotAPI key is stored in the routes.py file. The api endpoints for the backend also route through local host, and need to be updated before launch.

This should be done after the base features of the website are done.

riot api key moved to .env file. Shoutout derek for already setting up the .gitignore file
