Crashes when trying to download subtitles

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Choose/highlight film from main menu
2.press menu, click on option 5 to download subtitles
3.green screen crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to download and play subtitles..but crashes instead

What version of the product are you using?
Revision?
using rev1270...Amiko Alien 8900sh4 with HDMU1380 image

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same problem. My logs look similar like yours. I cant find any 
solution. I think its a problem of the r1270 version.
