Battery Temp stuck at 25c, and Cpu frequency shows 16 cpu instead of 8

there are too many cpus, and battery stuck at 25c, when i check in devcheck it shows 39c

my device is realme narzo, which is basically realme 6 nerfed: https://www.gsmarena.com/realme_narzo-10309.php im on android 11 and using shizuku and compatibility mode on TakoStats
