Missing appendix parts #16

There is a missing appendix which result in me unable to do basic testing for some parts.

As already mentioned in the Note that this just provides the starting point for the application testing and not a complete testing guide and given that our product is still in early iterations, we intend the add more manual testing for this section , however this still remains an future consideration
