Scale efficiencies are based on rounded numbers #47

In the tab scale efficiency, scale efficiency and vis/nirs are calculated based on already rounded numbers. This can lead to reduced precision when the efficiencies of the different models are divided and then rounded again. All numbers in the table should be based on unrounded efficiency scores.
