UI updates before new release #57

The following changes should be considered:

Upload:

[x] Warn user that we only support newer Stata files
[x] Save button renamed to "Save & Close", rename "Close" to "Cancel"

Data:

[x] Fixed height for selectizise inputs

Analysis:

[x] In summary tab: use value box for better presentation of efficiency scores
[x] In summary tab: swap base plot with ggplot2
[x] All tables should show the same number of decimals for all values for easier comparisons

Bootstrap:

[x] Add search to table
[x] Add column for CI interval size
[x] Add ability to export table

Export:

[x] Add rts and orientation to file name on export
