Add statistics in peer tab #68

Show the number (and share) of self-evaluation DMUs and add counts and aggregate the number of times a DMU is used as a peer.

This should now be easy for us to do, by modifying get_peers(). Maybe something for v. 0.5.0? cc: @ohjakobsen

Include this in #66. Current UI makes this difficult to implement.
