Add support for Kbin/Mbin links #6

Partially implemented in #8, you can now redirect post and user links to Kbin, visit for example https://threadiverse.link/c/wwdits@lemmings.world or https://threadiverse.link/u/rikudou@lemmings.world and set your home instance to a Kbin or Mbin one.

Other links will follow, as will generating the links on homepage.

Until today I was able to use the "set my home instance" -> "custom instance" function to have lemmyverse.link redirect to piefed.social but suddenly it stopped working.

FYI PieFed uses the same url structure for communities and users as Lemmy.

@rimu Sorry about that, fixed in #9, should be deployed in two minutes or so.
