Added support for updating ratings with most recent rating.
Note: If an item's rating is both set and modified on the same day, the Trakt rating will take priority and the IMDB rating will be overwritten. This issue is due to a limitation in the ratings CSV data provided by IMDB, which only includes the rated date in the Y-M-D format without a specific time.
