Improve genre name matching #11

Currently weighted string distance is used, which however does not work well with "drum & bass" to "drum and bass" or similar. Evaluate available algorithms that allow common spelling differences including but not limited to:

dashes/spaces or nothing: to separate words
and/&: mean the same
slashes: to separate two words

Increased priority due to false flagging of 'hardcore' as 'bardcore'
