Can't Create Unrestricted Decks #100

We need some sort of "Unrestricted" format so people can build fun/anime styled decks which was hugely popular in the old deck builder.

Currently the only way to add 3 copies of a card like "Pot of Greed" is to set the format to Duel Links.
