Proposed solution: Make rolls for courage using Extreme threshold checks.
If a threshold is less than roll result, then pass.
Case: Pawn is surprised by fire. Example Pawn Bob: 1% Extreme threshold... 1% < Roll 0-100 (result = 56). Then pass. -> Adds "Saw Fire" debuff moodlet. Example Pawn John 30% Extreme threshold... 30% < Roll 0-100 (result = 28). Then fail. -> Adds "Saw Fire" debuff moodlet. -> Adds Rotshreck mental break
Case: Pawn is on fire. Example Pawn Bob: 1% Extreme threshold... 1% < Roll 0-50 (result = 20). Then pass. -> Adds "Fire madness" debuff moodlet. Example Pawn John 30% Extreme threshold... 30% < Roll 0-50 (result = 5). Then fail. -> Adds "Fire madness" debuff moodlet. -> Adds Rotshreck mental break
Issue: RimWorld vampires have no issues putting out fires. Expected Result: Vampires must pass a courage check, or flee from fire -- possibly unable to put out fires.
Quite simply, vampires are terrified of flames in the WoD lore, so they should have some gameplay related to it.
