Issue Player wants to adjust the settings of ... Blood points for Humans. Blood points for Vampires. Blood points for other creatures. Regeneration rates. Vampire Werewolves -- allowed? Vampire Werewolves -- NPC spawning percentage Vampire Werewolves -- successful embrace percentage Proposed solution Add a VampireSettingsDef that holds this information in XML format for easy modification.
