Alpha 16 Groundwork #188

I've started working on updates towards having CCL work in A16.

Right now I can only claim that it compiles and loads (and hopefully does so on other systems), and that I've taken a stab at moving updates from the Core assemblies into the CCL detours.

Hopefully this can save others from spending quite so much time on the more tedious parts of getting the mod up-to-date.

I've created an alpha16 branch, if you retarget the PR to that I'll accept it - we can then work from there.

I would also like to invite you to join us on the RimWorld modding discord, as there's some decisions that need to be taken for CCL, and as of now you're the most active developer... Please find Skullywag on the forums and ask him for an invite to the discord (+the CCL channel), tell him Fluffy sent you.

He is already on the Discord and ive now added him to the communitycode room, lets see if we cant get everyone together and sort out a plan of action for how to handle all this.
