patch to ignore default doc location in eclipse

By default, eclipse wants to generate javadocs in doc/** for project. Here's a 
patch to add that path to the .hgignore. Please apply.

Hm, do you really think this should be a part of the whole project, rather than 
only your setup?

I think that it should be part of the whole project because it's the default 
location for when I select "Generate Javadoc..." from Eclipse. Since I believe 
that is the same for anyone who generates javadoc within Eclipse, I think that 
it's reasonable to add this change to the whole project. What do you think?
