Add the ability to filter by tag and sort by date

Between the new task form and the task list, add a thin horizontal section that contains 2 buttons.

• Filter by: tags and completion
• Sort by due date: ascending, descending, creation date

Also, this change will make tabs redundant, so we should be able to remove them without losing any usability.
