Complex story difficult to identify with Viz dev needs work in exploration Scope wise you have 1.75 characters.. You need to clarify your methods on materials and such to ease this scope concern. I interpreted as (Player Character, PC with shader glow changes, and Player character mesh with particles generating from it that are dark and sinister with a small nurse robe =1.75 characters). Possibly out of scope ... but I recall your contraption and I think you can do this. Cohesion of story and powers and believability and why we are there is still problematic for me, but its still in the realm of acceptability.
Marty - could go from third to first person - play with the horizen low - powerful, high weak and scared. Ryland - I see three characters - how are we tackling this? nurse = env central Marty - could put an effect on a skeleton that you download. David - not sure how the characters will translate into 3D. Morgan - back it up with audio "C c can I helpp you?" Using willpower to overcome obstacles - that's new! Whtever tachic you use with the nurse you need to find other things in the envirnment that a triggers and treat them the same. Marty - see things in the reflections Silent hill, jacobs ladder, erasor head. Cesar - pay attention to scale - in a hospital doors are huge elevators are huge, think about arangment of where the nurses station would be. Morgan - jumping feels too athletic. Marty leave breadcrumbs - run out of meter rewind to that point.
