Maybe such OGG files are too big (when decompressed to PCM16 audiodata, they shouldn't be bigger than 25-30 mbs)
I'm having the same problem. The weird thing is that it was fine for the first few previews, and then it just stopped working and gave me that error message. Theme previews that were working fine start to not work as well (with the same error message). I can still install themes, but I can't preview any of them anymore.
I have 129 themes on my New 3DS's SD card and every time I attempt to preview a theme that contains background music, CHMM2 crashes with the following error:
Error: [string "?"]:1782: corrupt OGG file.
I can still install themes but they won't play the background music. I have tried many themes but all will crash at preview and fail to play any background music when installed (though menu sounds work fine). The OGG files in each zip file aren't corrupt and play fine on PC or when installed on via another method such as conversion to CIA and menuhax.
Is this a bug (perhaps on the New 3DS), or is there something that I am doing wrong?
EDIT: If I apply a theme without previewing it, the background music is installed and plays at the home menu.
