With latest nightly (5/5/2020), game now properly displays bg/fg and sprite textures. Some UI glitches (flower is sometimes white). Suggest changing to Playable/Slow, as FPS is about 20-25.

Bean5ta commented 4 years ago

As of V0.2, game runs full speed with audio.

gokuthehedgehog56 commented 4 years ago

While the game runs at full speed with Texture Caching enabled, it has a bug where the levels are not rendered properly. Disabling the Caching slows the game down tremendously. This is on V0.2 2020-05-08-022249

Rinnegatamante commented 4 years ago

I'll re add the Slow tag, latest nightly with texture cache disabled should make performances better without sacrificying in performances too much btw.

After Nintendo's logo, the game goes to a black screen, and it's that.

How did you guys get past this point?

I used different ROMs.

Rinnegatamante commented 4 months ago

Try to disable loop optimizations option.

RazzeeX commented 4 months ago

Actually, I solved the issue by updating via VitaDB Downloader. Thanks, in any case.

I did not notice that the emulator was not being updated here on GitHub, and the latest build available is from 2020.

On GitHub there's also the Nightly builds offered. These ones are the ones that are getting updated (and what is offered as download on VitaDB)
