Very slow on menus, even slower in-game Some textures are missing or have black surrounding them Technically playable but way too slow to enjoy

Monopoly (U) Using Dx64 v0.6 nightly (ba53a2)

Settings: Dynarec / modern rend / texture cache - accurate / audio disabled (full speed)

Game runs pretty well. It seems this is another game that runs stock at 15fps. With audio - 10fps. Audio disabled-15-18fps (feels too fast). Texture cache must be set to accurate to see owned properties when hitting 'R' button. Everything else seems to render correctly except money totals and some in-game choices ex:(auction menus) Those remain unreadable. Although you can use trial and error to get through. Audio is good. No issues (Sync. Audio). Animations look good. Legacy rend doesn't seem to to run different. Played a full 'short game'. Very playable.
