This resolves the issues mentioned in previous pr, hopefully. And nightly builds are now taged as pre-releases to distinguish with official releases.

Besides, this pr also fix a typo of CMakeLists.txt to allow cmake to correctly recognize it.

Svenstaro action is prone to fail, in YoYo Loader there's a an autorestart to fix this issue. Probably should be added there as well.
